Kiwi typically makes its shipments by "Colissimo suivi". The estimated time of delivery for shipments within France is 8 - 15 working days after receipt of your order. The estimated time of delivery for shipments outside France is 15 to 20 working days. At the time your order is shipped a tracking number will be assigned. This tracking number will allow you to follow your order by going to the website: www.coliposte.net site. Kiwi reserves the right to use other means of delivery.
5-1 "Colissimo Suivi" service estimates a 48 h delivery within France, except weekend and holidays and gives you the possibility to recover products ordered at your closest post office in case of your absence during the presentation by the postman. If you are away the day of delivery, your postman will leave a calling card in your mailbox. It will allow you to withdraw your package in your post office during the opening hours, within 15 days.
5-2 It is up to the addressee to check expeditions and to make claims which would appear justified, even to refuse the package, if this one is likely to have been opened or if damaged.
5-3 Nevertheless, it is possible, as in any expedition, that the delivery can be delayed or that the package gets lost. In case of delay of delivery or in mislaid package, we ask you to signal it to us by email at contact@kiwi.fr. We will contact the Post office to start up an inquiry. An inquiry can last up to 21 days as from the date of the beginning of the inquiry. If during this delay, the package is found, it will be sent immediately to you. If the package is not found at the end of the delay of 21 days of inquiry, "La Poste" considers the package as lost. In that case only, we will send you a product of replacement. If the ordered product is not available any more, we will reimburse your order. We decline any responsibility as for the lengthening of delivery time due to the conveyor, notably in case of loss of products or strike.
5-4 In case the conveyor cannot deliver (due to a wrong address or a non-approval of the package by the customer), the package will be sent back to KIWI and a credit will be issued minus transportation expenses. If a package is not claimed at Post office (after 15 days), the package will be returned to KIWI. A Kiwi customer service representative will then contact you.
