Delivery

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 noon are processed and dispatched the same day, except in the event of technical failure. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

Delivery options :

1. Colissimo: Delivery in France and Belgium to your home, post office or relay point. Free delivery for orders over €50.

2. Chronopost: Delivery in mainland France the next day before 1pm for orders placed before 12pm. No delivery on Saturdays.

3. La Foux collection point: Free delivery to our boutique at the Centre Commercial de la Foux in Gassin, France. Orders must be signed for and proof of identity provided.

Obligations of the recipient :
The recipient must check shipments on arrival and make complaints if necessary. In the event of delay or loss, contact us to launch an investigation.

Returns

Returns or exchanges can be requested from the Returns section of our website within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, without signs of use, and with their original label.

Returns procedure:

1. Request a return or exchange from the Returns section of our website.

2. The returns label is supplied with the order.

3. Log in to your account to create your return.

4. Place the items in their original packaging with the invoice.

5. Affix the returns label and drop off the parcel at a post office or Colissimo relay point.
